This opportunity is critical to the performance and continued growth of the sites Roofing and Asphalt plants. The Industrial Millwright Technicians primary purpose is maintaining plant equipment at optimum efficiency. The Industrial Millwright Technician will be required to use their troubleshooting skills and experience to resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic (etc.) problems that may occur. The successful candidate would also be responsible for development and training of Maintenance Apprentices and work with operations to improve machine efficiencies. This position will start on day shift for training but will work on graveyard. Position is night shift - 7PM-7AM with alternating 36 and 48 workweeks In addition, the Portland teamis offering theopportunity topursue and obtain additional development and licensing through the State of Oregon Apprenticeship programs (e.g., LME or IMM programs).
