Want to be part of a world-class team driving business and projects to success at CAES? This high visibility role reports into the Program Management Office (PMO) at CAES Defense Systems Division. The Principal Program Manager will support the Defense Systems business on key programs that interfaces with our Prime Contract customers. The position will be responsible for all stages of the program life cycle with major customers, managing internal engineering and manufacturing plans, status reporting to customer for development and production orders, and ensuring on time completion of contract obligations. Salary Range: $124,354 - $205,573 annually (San Diego, CA). Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base bay. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
