Job Summary:

Join Owens Corning as a Downline Operator, where you'll play a crucial role in our fiberglass production process. Be part of a global team making a material difference in the world.

Pay:22.00/hr

Shift Type:12 hour rotating shift.. (Shifts rotate every 28 days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain downline equipment for fiberglass production
• Conduct quality tests, including density, thermal, color, and ignition loss tests
• Manage packaging processes:
  
  
  
  • Place bags on equipment for proper packaging
  • Ensure correct bag labeling and placement
  
  
  
  
• Move packaged products from production floor to warehouse
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report abnormalities
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Basic math skills and computer proficiency
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
