Baker Hughes has an opening for a Leucipa Sales Representative for NAM (North American Mainand) region, within Oilfield Services & Equipment Digital (OFSED) to be based in Houston, TX. We are looking for an energetic and highly organized leader to accelerate the growth of Leucipa in North America Land. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the product, implementation, and marketing teams to ensure successful achievement of revenue goals and deepening of client relationships.

This position is responsible for originating and supporting sales by working with regional product line resources to build and maintain customer relationships and identifying new opportunities to build the Leucipa opportunity pipeline, promoting the value proposition of Leucipa to new and existing customers, and owning the development and execution of sales strategies for Leucipa in NAM Region.

Once Leucipa pilots/contracts are established Leucipa Sales Representative will ensure the seamless handover to the implementation team, while continuing to manage customer relationships the in NAM Region.

As a Leucipa Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing account management strategy for Leucipa with a long-term perspective and leads business development planning process.
  • Preparing techno-commercial proposals/bids and contract negotiation while ensuring that the deals deliver shareholder value. Drives competitive pricing, compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.
  • Developing business plans including revenue and activity forecast, contributing margin and market share, track and report on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Maintaining a direct and regular interaction with customers. Ensure customers are realizing the value expected as part of the Customer Success plan.
  • Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge of Digital products and services.
  • Supporting product launch and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensuring customer feedback is fed back to the Leucipa product team in a timely manner to 1) improve the Leucipa offering and 2) ensure customers are satisfied and continue the Leucipa 'journey' across multiple revisions of the solution.
  • Connecting with Product Lines and ensure product pull-through opportunities are realized.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Sales and/or operations roles.
  • Minimum 3+ years delivering digital oil field solutions
  • Proven ability to introduce new solutions to customers and convert these into contracts.
  • Readiness to travel 30-50% of the time.
  • Passionate in solving complex customer challenges.
  • A thought leader - excited to champion internally and externally.
