Position Description:
As the Education Program Coordinator II for the Diagnostic Radiology Residency and non-ACGME fellowship programs, you will coordinate department educational program(s) by scheduling events, assembling enrollment and education information, and following compliance guidelines, under close supervision. Primary Functions
- Independently execute institutional or program activities (e.g., educational events, training, learner recruitment, interviews, orientation, schedules, and graduation).
- Maintain proficiency in accreditation, board, and institutional requirements. Coordinate and monitor activities related to these requirements to ensure full compliance.
- Support the designated institutional official, Program Director, Department Chair, and other leaders on issues related to the requirements from accreditation agencies, national boards, and affiliates.
- Serve as primary liaison with faculty, administration, other departments, affiliated institutions, and national organizations.
- Develop and maintain database(s) to track, schedule, and record activities related to the institution, program(s) and learners.
- Provide information, support, and problem solving on a wide range of issues for leaders, faculty, staff, and learners.
- Coordinate recruitment of preceptors, instructors, and speakers.
- Create brochures, flyers, handbooks, and other educational materials.
- Coordinate assessment and evaluation activities.
- May monitor program budgets and lead or oversee the work of support staff.
