We are seeking dedicated and experienced candidates for a call center in a health care setting. These are temp to hire roles with opportunities for long-term employment. Successful candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in a medical call center environment, possess strong typing skills (40 WPM), and be familiar with medical terminology.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced health care call center environment.
  • Manage and resolve inquiries from patients, clients, and health care providers.
  • Use medical terminology effectively to assist with inquiries related to health care services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of calls and cases in the system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet organizational goals
