Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates and works collaboratively with cross-functional teams throughout several key business processes
  • Manages the side-wide demand forecast dataset for accurate tracking and reporting on current and forecasted customer demand
  • Reviews all customer purchase orders (POs) and PO modifications to ensure established lead times can support
  • Enters and manages the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to drive shop floor execution; effectively communicates MPS additions and changes
  • Develops and maintains key business metrics including, but not limited to performance to revenue, customer on-time delivery, past due revenue, and past due schedule line items.
  • Evaluates and generates simulations to predict impact, and ability to execute proposed build plan modifications, including expedites (pull ins), schedule push outs, and changes in requirements.

Qualifications

MINIMUM:

  • Bachelor's Degree and eleven (11) years experience in an Operations or Supply Chain role within a manufacturing environment (Experience may substitute for the degree) OR;
  • Master's Degree and eight (8) years experience (Experience may substitute for the degree).
  • ERP system knowledge - SAP or Oracle.
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience participating or facilitating SIOP in a manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience in demand management or master scheduling, strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in electronics manufacturing environment and/ or Aerospace and Defense.
  • Able to drive actions across functional boundaries is fundamental to the role.

Salary Range: $126,121 - $155,796 (Lansdale, PA) annually. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as business results.
