Currently we seek a Strategic HR Business Partner to work from our Lansdale PA business unit headquarters in a full-time, onsite capacity. The role is responsible to focus on the talent landscape of the Engineering and Business Development/Sales organizations across five sites - MA; two in PA; two in NJ. Notably, these two functions are at the front end of our business, directly effecting sizeable growth. Your impact on this outcome will be instrumental. Salary Range: $103,218 - 154,828 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
