We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Manager to lead our fast-paced Medical Residency practice located in Portland and our smaller clinic on Peaks Island. This pivotal role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about patient care, staff development, quality, and operational excellence. The Clinical Manager will oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring seamless integration of clinical workflows, compliance with regulatory standards, and delivery of high-quality care. Summary:

The Registered Nurse - Clinical Manager is responsible for supervising and overseeing all operational aspects of the clinical department, including clinical services and staffing needs. The Clinical Manager is responsible for coordinating the clinical workflow in order to provide the most efficient, effective, safe and comprehensive patient care. The Clinical Manager will work with physicians, midlevel providers and clinical staff to increase the volume of clinical outpatient services, referral process, patient flow, and maximize the productivity of each practice location.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Graduation from an accredited college with a bachelor's degree in nursing required.

2. License/Certifications: Current State of Maine RN license required. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.

3. Experience: Five years of experience in the nursing field required. Supervisory experience preferred.
