Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is seeking a Software Developer to join our team inPlant City, FL (on-site).

Responsibilities:

• As a Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing customized digital solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain backend applications, servers, and databases that form the foundation for data-driven solutions.
• Design, coordinate, and manage the overall architecture of the organization's backend systems, ensuring high quality and responsiveness while maintaining code integrity.
• Build high-performing applications that interact with large datasets, implementing scalable and flexible solutions.
• Develop, test, and document the functionality and flow of applications, utilizing languages and frameworks such as Python to create efficient backend processes.
• Implement and optimize database structures to support data storage and retrieval, ensuring seamless integration with front-end tools like Power BI.
• Collaborate with team members to create and analyze code that affects both the backend logic and the presentation layer, ensuring a cohesive user experience.

Job Requirements

Required

• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Degree Field or Equivalent Experience
• Minimum of 1 year of Relevant Work Experience(2-3+ Preferred Experience)
• Proficient in Python programming
• Experience with computer science including in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and software design
• Understanding of the DevOps Cycle
• Knowledge of Additional Languages such as:
