The most important thing we build is TRUST Overview The HR Help Desk Specialist is responsible for being the first line of contact (HR Help Desk, phone, live online chat and email) for the Human Resources function and employee base utilizing subject matter expert HR knowledgebase and HR systems to assist employees in completing their human resource transactions in accordance with service standards. They perform a broad number of administrative/clerical duties in support of the Human Resources Department. Additionally, the HR Help Desk Specialist will utilize the HR Shared Services Oracle HCM portal (HRSolutions) to receive, track and resolve inquiries from its customers resolving each case in earnest before escalating to the next support tier. This role is a temporary full-time position. Salary Range: $22.00- $27.00 hourly. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
