Job Description

Per Diem CT Technologist - MSK Bergen

Join our Radiology team at MSK Bergen! We are seeking a Per Diem CT Technologist for MSK Bergen, our freestanding outpatient facility, located in Montvale, NJ. This site allows us to offer the most-advanced cancer care services closer to home for patients residing in Bergen County, NJ.

Role Overview:

    Perform a variety of CT. and X-ray imaging procedures that require independent judgment and ingenuity with minimal supervision, on patients of all age groups.
  • Operate CT scanners and associated equipment safely and in accordance with established policies and practices.
  • Explain procedures to patients, monitoring for patient safety and comfort, administering contrast (IV and/or Oral).
  • Conduct imaging in accordance to established protocols and quality standards.
  • Enter complete and accurate documentation into all MSK/Radiology systems.
  • Perform general radiology procedures.

Key Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree / Certified Vocational Training or Graduate of a 2 yr AMA approved Radiology school.
  • ARRT in Radiography and CT
  • Minimum 2 yrs experience in CT preferred and operating GE systems.
  • NJS Department of Health License in Diagnostic Radiography, IV Certification

Additional Information:

  • Location: MSK Bergen, in Montvale, NJ.
  • Schedule: Flexed shifts Saturday and Sunday 7am - 5pm, with potential weekday availability. Possible holidays, as needed.
  • Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Regional Radiology

Pay Range: $60.00-$65.00/hr.
