Position Summary

A great attitude and strong work ethic will be required to be successful at the UNM Bookstore. As a Sales Assistant in the TechDen you will be expected to assist customers with their specific technology needs and help them find great products and solutions. It is important to stay up to date and review new product information in the always changing technology industry. You will also work with members of your department to maintain visual merchandising standards.



Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in retail environment
  • Ability to give excellent customer service in person, via email, & over the phone
  • Experience with POS/cash handling
  • Passionate about technology related products
  • Self-motivated with an ability to stay productive
  • Friendly & outgoing personality
