Position Summary SGS & Co. is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our executive Optimization Organization as the Vice President of Global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Scheduling Operations, and Contractor Services. In this high-impact role, you will oversee global planning processes, optimize scheduling operations, and manage contractor services to ensure alignment with business objectives, operational efficiency, and exceptional service delivery. This role reports directly into the Chief Optimization Officer and is a key member of the Sr. Leadership team.

Experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and possess ability to navigate and use other web-based systems as necessary. (required)
Proficiency in S&OP tools, advanced scheduling systems, and data analytics platforms. (required) Global or multi-regional experience with an understanding of cultural diversity in business operations. (required) Knowledge of lean principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. (required) Experience managing contractor services in complex, multi-regional environments.
