Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned) Responsibilities for general financial analyst duties for the Power Operations Group.
- Assists with preparation of Operations major maintenance budgets, Forecast shifts and five-year projections.
- Prepares and analyzes assigned monthly variance analysis and cost statements including forecast updates.
- Position will be involved in development of and preparation of various Operational processes and metrics and project returns.
- Coordinates and supports maintenance planning & scheduling to understand project scope and cost drivers.
- Assists in development of detailed project forecasts for centerline projects based on planned scope.
- Analyzes project-level cost drivers and develops scenario-analysis for decision makers.
- Collects and reports on project cost information to Operations management
- Stay informed of schedule changes and its impact to Operations maintenance scopes and forecast
- Assists in preparation of monthly internal management reporting packages on results of outages, which includes variance analysis.
- Familiarity with OEM contracts as it applies to outages and any spend level commitment
- Develops and maintains job processes and procedures.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or related discipline. Related experience will be considered.
- Requires 2-4 years' experience in related field.
- Critical thinking, financial and data analysis skills with a high proficiency in MS Excel
- PeopleSoft, Maximo experience a plus
