Summary:

The Account Analyst is an essential member of the ICS Implementation Management team, responsible for overseeing daily departmental operations. This role involves providing comprehensive project management support and playing a key part in the successful launch of various programs. Additionally, the Account Analyst will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for process improvements and assisting in the implementation of both operational and client-specific requirements.

  • As business needs dictate the Account Analyst will manage the support of client onboarding projects, including overall program oversight and decision-making on how project functions on a day-to-day basis

  • Serves as a point of contact, the Account Analyst is responsible for project management, attending client meetings, and independently resolving client and customer issues/concerns

  • Responsible for gathering and analyzing data needed by clients and providing meaningful and accurate assessments to drive business decisions

  • Contributes to the creation, execution and maintenance of standard operating guidelines, procedures, templates and tools

  • Prepares client presentations, maintains program documentation such as statements of work, and invoicing manufacturers for Implementation fees and adhoc project cost

  • Looks for opportunities to standardize and simplify documentation and procedures across programs

  • Proactively searches for and presents process improvement opportunities; assists in defining, planning and implementing solutions

  • Responsible for responding to client inquires, which can include urgent, after-hours requests

  • Troubleshoot issues and work with internal and external groups to quickly implement effective solutions, while minimizing any possible disruption to program operations

  • Assist in the onboarding of new Account Coordinators and serve as a mentor and key stakeholder in Account Coordinator development

  • Participate in ad hoc projects which enhance the strategic objectives of the department

  • Establish and nurture strong working relationships with internal and external business leaders, key stakeholders and work teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients and their customers

  • Ability to multitask and perform in high-stress situations

  • Meet travel expectations for on-site client meetings (this role requires approximately 5% travel)

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Four-year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education

  • Normally requires a minimum of four (4) years progressively responsible and related experience

  • Excellent customer service, client relations and relationship-building skills

  • Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Capable of evaluating business problems and applying experience and knowledge to identify appropriate and effective solutions

  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects diverse in scope and complexity

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; good presentation skills

  • Ability to resourcefully gather, analyze, interpret and distill data and provide comprehensive assessments and action plans

  • Interact frequently with interdepartmental associates and management to implement solutions that are often time-sensitive and critical to business operations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

  • Working knowledge of third-party logistics, warehousing or supply chain support services

  • Experience serving in a client or customer service capacity, or relevant client-facing experience

  • Adept at using or quickly learning various ERP, CRM and reporting systems

  • Accustomed to following standard departmental and operational procedures, including robust quality measures

  • Ability to successfully manage competing priorities

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with different work styles and personalities
