The International Center advances and facilitates international engagement at UCI to enhance the academic and personal experience of the international community. The International Center staff is committed to serving campus constituents through advising, immigration services, programming, advocacy, and outreach. Your Role on the Team Provides high level support with the development and delivery of student immigration services. Responsible for the coordination and review of incoming immigration service requests. Serves as Designated School Official (DSO) and Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) under the F-1 and J-1 visa categories. Advises international students and campus departments of internal policies and procedures and external regulations. Provides pre and post arrival information to newly admitted international students. Maintains and updates Student and Exchange Visitor System (SEVIS) records to ensure reporting compliance.
