Senior Counsel - Mergers & Acquisitions at a glance The Sr Counsel - Mergers & Acquisitions will serve an important role within the Legal Department's transactional group. Responsibilities will include managing various aspects of complex corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and equity/venture capital investments; preparing and/or reviewing preliminary transaction agreements, including confidentiality agreements, non-reliance letters, and investment banker engagement letters, as well as principal transaction documents such as purchase agreements, merger agreements, and joint venture agreements in addition to ancillary agreements such as transition services agreements and supply agreements; plus advising stakeholders on a variety of M&A-related issues as they arise during the life-cycle of a transaction, including during the integration or separation planning process, as applicable What's on the menu?

New Hire Base Salary Range: $154,700.00 - $193,400.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
