The Social Media Manager develops and implements the university's social media strategy with the goal of enhancing reputation and engagement. This role oversees a robust content calendar, campaign execution and analytics across platforms, manages social media governance and provides thought leadership on best practices. Responsibilities include content creation, monitoring and responding to social activity and coordinating social media issues and crisis management efforts. The manager also collaborates with colleagues and oversees the social media budget to ensure alignment with earned, shared and owned media goals.
