Location Remote (Virtual) - US - US (Primary) Category Administrative / Clerical Job Description StratasCorp Technologies has an immediate vacancy for a Capture & Proposal Lead. You will work with StratasCorp stakeholders driving the business development processes in concert with our Growth lead and solution team. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading development and execution of win strategies from opportunity qualification through proposal submission. Primary responsibilities include: * Develop and execute capture strategies to secure new and/or re-compete contracts * Develop win strategy, win themes, shaping strategy, teaming strategy, pricing strategy, and provide bid/no-bid recommendations to leadership team * Manage the execution of capture pursuits tracking performance schedule, coordinate proposal color reviews and SharePoint organization, and communicate ongoing capture status to leadership team * Develop and maintain relationships with external customers and partners * Shape opportunities and our position throughout the opportunity life cycle to increase probability of win * Develop and manage value added teaming strategies and competitive pricing structures to create a profitable return at a winning cost * Develop marketing strategies and provide input into marketing plans aligned with the company's strategic direction Job Requirements * 10+ years overall experience in Growth organizations (capture, proposal management, business development) * Success in leading $50-$300M opportunities * Strong background in leading captures focused on IT Services, DevSecOp/SW development, Cloud and Cyber solution offerings * Experience with B&P investments * Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and lead cross-functional teams through collaboration Security Clearance Secret Job Type Full-time StratasCorp provides a complete compensation package with competitive wages and benefits that include medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA & HSA accounts, disability and other income protection benefits, life insurance, paid personal time-off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401K Saving Plan with a company matching contribution.
