The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 139,680.00 USD - 183,330.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. Based in San Francisco, the Manager, Customer Operations will be responsible for managing and reporting on the total Lifestyle Brands (LSB) customer spend budget for method, ecover, Babyganics and Mrs. Meyers. This role will work closely with Field Sales on managing trade budgets and identifying improvements to our TPM systems. The position ensures TPM system and reports are accurate, maintained, and supports the critical needs of Field Sales while providing insights to spending activities.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Be an expert of & facilitate enhancement to our Trade Promotion Management system (Telus)

  • Own trade spend budget creation, allocation and day to day management for all brands

  • Assist in system reporting and maintenance for both forecast and trade spending.

  • Serve as the bridge between Sales, Shopper Marketing + Finance to ensure spending to budget for all brands customer spend

  • Work closely with Finance to gain alignment on trade spend budgeting + informing variances to budget

  • Present insights and data from trade spending activities to Sales Leadership team

  • Effectively manage administrative responsibilities including being a resource for the Field Sales team + brokers on entering/tracking promotions, training and providing TPM support to ensure users are entering high quality customers plans and operating efficiently in the system

  • Support ad hoc projects for the Commercial Operations team as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelors degree and 7+ years of experience in sales OR sales operations

  • 2+ years experience with a Trade Promotion Management (TPM) solution

Preferred:

  • Experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry

  • Experience with managing and analyzing data

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Power BI reporting

  • Exceptional inter-personal skills and collaborator

  • Constantly Curious - Operational effectiveness mindset

Job Details:

  • This role is located in San Francisco, CA.

  • 4 days a week in-office requirement, 1 day a week remote

  • This role is not offering relocation assistance
