We are searching for a talented Laboratory Asst-Microbiology

Hours: 32 flex 40hrs

Shift: Evening shift with weekend and holiday rotation as needed; 3:30pm - 12:00am

Location: St. Luke's Hospital - New Bedford, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

• Successful completion of High School or equivalency required; certification in Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant preferred; combination of education and experience as a microbiology specimen processor/lab assistant equivalent for at least 6 months accepted.
• Up to and including one year experience.
• Certification in Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant preferred.

• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
