Warranty Admin Specialist I

Daikin Applied is seeking a talented and eager Warranty Admin Specialist I. Provides warranty administration support on replacement parts orders and works with other business units warranty administrators to develop and improve warranty processes. What you will do:

• 
  

  Improve existing warranty processes and work with warranty administrators from the business units (ex: Dayton and parts warranty team) to effectively reduce overall warranty costs

  Respond to customer's inquiries regarding warranty coverage, terms, return policies, and ordering/returns/claims processes

  
  
• 
  

  Review warranty orders for compliance with warranty coverage and terms

  
  
• 
  

  Monitor Verification Report hourly. Review and release orders for warranty replacement parts that comply with warranty administration guidelines

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain accuracy of warranty information in the system

  
  
• 
  

  Monitor Process Report for billing on a weekly basis. Initiate billing of non-returned warranty parts and credit for warranty replacement parts that were initially billed for, have been reclassified, returned, etc

  Assist with project improvements (ecommerce system testing, field care portal)

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School or GED
• 3+ years Customer Service/ Warranty Environment
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of SalesForce experience
• 2+ years of Oracle experience
• Must be proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $49,200- $72,500 in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
