Job Description
TheArea Production Manager 3rd Shiftassists with managing, planning, organizing, and directing production activities. Responsible for employee placement/training/development to cost effectively produce and package a high-quality finished product. Responsible for coordinating all activities within the plant, including support for multiple cross functional supervisors. Held accountable for all financial, safety, quality, and regulatory matters in the plant. The incumbent will ensure all food preparation and packaging is compliant to the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety regulations. Key Responsibilities of the Role

New Hire Base Salary Range: $85,400.00 - $106,800.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
