THE JOB:

It is primary responsibility of the VIP Lounge Runner at Bellagio to run various types of errands for the VIP/Villa departments and it's guests.

THE STARTING PAY: $17.04

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Run various types of errands for VIP and Villa guests including picking up show tickets from other properties and personal shopping for guests
• Assist penthouse guest with curbside check-in and escort to the VIP Elevators
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure daily arrival rooms are cleaned
• Proactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring guest satisfaction
• Suggest activities and book reservations as it pertains to guest entertainment, dining, and other services
• Assist VIP casino and hotel guest reservations with hotel registration, check out, and concierge requests
• Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately
• Own all requests and complaints; resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure the guest's satisfaction
• Restock VIP Lounge amenities
• Answer multi-line phone system for guests and provide assistance when necessary

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant guest service experience.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Multilingual.
• Valid Nevada Driver's License with a clean driving record.
